Partner Update

April 11, 2024

What God is doing...

  • We have had 9 professions of faith in our mentoring rooms so far in 2024!  We are so excited that God keeps bringing opportunities and open hearts to hear the message of the Gospel.

  • We have a brand-new staff member as of April 1 and another starting May 1.  We’re so grateful for these 2 ladies that God has brought to join our team.  There are still some open positions, so prayers are appreciated as we continue looking for a few others to join our team.

  • Our annual Father Daughter Dances were a huge success with 698 registrants!  We are so grateful to the 80+ volunteers who helped us pull off the events so we can continue to help cultivate fun and healthy relationships between fathers and their daughters.

Please pray...

  • Pray for all our New Hope Center clients and the various difficult situations many of them find themselves in.  Pray also for those who schedule appointments with us but do not show up.  Pray that those women reschedule with us or can find the help and resources they need elsewhere to be able to choose life for their babies.

  • Pray (and join us!) for our upcoming Walk for Life on May 18 at Pioneer Park and Pendleton County Fairgrounds.  Registration opens at 9:30am, and the walk begins at 10:00am.  This is a fun way to support New Hope and it’s a great opportunity for new people to get introduced to New Hope Center.  Come and bring your family and friends to take some steps to support life.

  • Pray for our SRA (Sexual Risk Avoidance) educators as they finish out the school year teaching abstinence in some of our local middle and high schools.  Students need to hear this important message, and our educators work hard to give them the tools to make healthy choices.
