What God is doing...
Last month was our busiest month as we attended the Deaf Mission Conference. I gave three sessions there and received many positive messages. This has increased our exposure in the community, and we have become more interested in serving the Deaf community. We are also proud to have raised $31,000 in just four months for our Project Fund, which has a goal of reaching $750,000. One of our counselors, Suzanne Clothier, recently graduated with a Master’s Degree in Counseling from SBTS.
Please pray...
- We have gotten more counselees who need our help, and we need more laborers to assist us. We are also dealing with many broken marriages in the Deaf community, and it is our hope to provide support and guidance to those in need. We have 15 trainees who have completed 14 hours out of 30 hours of training to become counselors, and we will be getting 12 new trainees this fall. Finally, I am currently working five jobs to maintain my children in college and our home, and I would appreciate your prayers for strength and endurance.
