Registration
Payment must be paid in full at time of registration.
Drop-off / Check-in
- Drop off at Florence Campus, Entrance A, on Nov 7 (9379 Gunpowder Rd, Florence, KY 41042) at 4:00pm.
- Dinner provided on Friday at check-in.
- Buses depart at 4:30pm. If running late, text Ryan Conlon at 614-419-8343.
Pick-up
Students are to be picked up at the Florence Campus on Nov 9 at 12:30pm.

Scholarships
Scholarships are available. We never want finances to be a hindrance to attending Fall Retreat.

- If your student is taking medication, note it on the registration form.
- Students are responsible for their own medication.

- NO alcohol, drugs, or weapons of any kind
- Enough clothing for the weekend
- Rain jacket
- Athletic shoes
- Bedding – Pillow, sheets, blanket, or sleeping bag
- Toiletries
- Towel and washcloth
- Bible and journal
- Pens or pencils
- Snacks (individually wrapped suggested)
- Water bottle
- Prescription medication (if needed)
- Costume (optional but highly encouraged!)
