Fort Thomas Middle and High School Students are invited to join us on a great adventure for Winter Retreat this year! We will start retreat at Great Wolf Lodge for the first night and finish at church for the second night.This is the perfect opportunity to start the year with fun, fellowship, and time together in God’s Word!

Everything You Need to Know

Registration

  • Registration payment must be paid in full at time of registration.
 

Drop-off/ Check-in

  • Drop-off will be at Great Wolf Lodge in Mason, OH. Students should be dropped off at the Conference Center entrance, which is clearly marked. Drop off is January 31 at 5pm. Dinner will be provided that evening. Please try to be on time. Being on time will help immensely with checking into the hotel.
  • Our group will stay at Great Wolf Lodge Friday evening through Saturday at 6pm, at which time we will have a charter bus pick us up from the Lodge and drop us off at Grace Fellowship Church (Fort Thomas Campus) where we will be staying Saturday night.

Pick-up

  • Students are to be picked at Grace Fellowship Church Fort Church by 12pm on February 2. All students will be at the church service on February 2 as we are staying at the church the night of February 1.

Finances

  • We never want finances to be a hindrance to attending Winter Retreat! Email Joey for more information at [email protected]
 

Medication

  • If your student is taking medication on the trip, we will need it noted on the registration form.
  • Students are responsible for their own medication. If your child needs help from a leader, please make an additional note on registration form.

 Prohibitions
 
  • Weapons, alcohol, and drugs of any kind are prohibited.
  • Phones are NOT prohibited and WILL NOT be taken away from students.
