Thanks for fasting and praying!
Many Praises and Ways to Pray!
•  500 high school students went to summer camp this summer and got to hear the good news of Jesus! Hundreds confessed Christ for the first time! Please pray for the leaders as they follow up with all these teenagers!
•  Our Young Life College program has really taken off at NKU. Over 75 students attended the first hangout this summer. Pray that a strong Christian community at NKU would reach many new people for Christ.
•  Last year, we welcomed 21 new volunteers into our leadership. We now have 96 volunteer leaders working in nineteen different ministries to teens around NKY! Please keep these servants before the Lord!
•  Despite the low income area, the new ministry in Bellevue and Dayton high schools has taken off really well! The Gospel is spreading! Please pray for these leader teams.
•  Our Capernaum ministry is flourishing thanks to new director, Jeremy Brown! Please continue to ask the Lord for wisdom for Jeremy as he leads his team in ministering to special needs students.
•  Please pray Isaiah 43:4 for all the Young Life leaders as we give all we can to help NKY teenagers hear about and walk with Jesus – “Because you are precious in my eyes and honored, and I love you, I give men in return for you, peoples in exchange for your life.”
•  Praise God for His financial provision! We were able to provide scholarships for many students from several different counties to go to camp this year! Please ask Him to continue to bless Young Life financially, so that we can do this again next year. These students would not have been able to go to camp without the generosity of God’s people!

Young Life invites kids to follow Christ, cares for them regardless of their response, and changes lives in the process. Young Life doesn’t start with a program. It starts with adults who are concerned enough about kids to go to them, on their turf and in their culture, building bridges of authentic friendship. These relationships don’t happen overnight — they take time, patience, trust and consistency. Young Life’s mission is to introduce adolescents to Jesus Christ and helping them grow in their faith.
