Many Praises and Ways to Pray!
- Praise God with us that our new men’s study is well underway of being made ready for publication sometime later this year.
- Healing Hearts has had some opportunities to provide our youth materials to inner-city, at-risk teens, and those who mentor them.
- Please pray for our Healing Hearts leaders at GFC. Many have had heavy health and family circumstances recently. Please pray for recovery and stability within their families and daily life in order to be strengthened spiritually and continue to provide ministry to those in the body of Christ at GFC.
- Pray also that the Lord will continue to provide financially through our donors for this ministry which is seeing lives changed to the glory of God every day.
Healing Hearts would be honored if you would pray Galatians 6:9-10 over our ministry leaders:
In the video below, Healing Hearts Directors discuss why women struggle to talk about a past abortion. Each of our directors has an abortion experience in their past and found hope and healing in Jesus Christ. If you are hurting after an abortion, we can help. Connect with us at healinghearts.org.
If you have an abortion in your past, please reach out to us. We would love to come alongside you to help you find healing in Christ. We also need your help in reaching those who are still suffering in silence in our church. If you are not post-abortive, we pray that you would be sensitive and gentle in your conversations on this topic whether through social media, small group meetings, or hallway conversations. You may not realize those hearing your comments may have an abortion in their past and are overwhelmed with fear and shame.
Healing Hearts is a Gospel-centered, grace-driven ministry that offers hope and healing in Jesus Christ through God’s Word to people who have been broken by sin. Healing hearts, healing families. . . one heart at a time. Their vision is to equip lay leaders in every church using the Gospel of Jesus Christ to bring hope and healing to those who are hurting by walking them through God’s Word.
