Childcare Coordinator

Job Summary

This position will coordinate all non-Sunday morning childcare needs of the Fort Thomas Campus Ministries. This includes recruiting/scheduling childcare workers, planning snacks and activities when needed, following established safety policies and procedures, and ensuring childcare runs smoothly at the event itself. These include events such as morning and evening Women’s Bible Studies, and other campus events where childcare is offered. Serving in this role has a valuable impact by enabling parents to attend ministry events that foster their spiritual growth. Job Profile

  • Part-Time
  • Hours vary. Some daytime, some evening events.
  • Reports to the Fort Thomas Campus Pastor.

Qualifications

  • Must be well-organized and have great communication skills.
  • Must be able to learn and utilize our church management software to track childcare registrations and communicate with childcare workers.
  • Must demonstrate a love for others and a heart to serve.
  • Prior involvement with Grace Kids Ministry is helpful, but not required.
  • A growing Christian faith and character.
  • Must be personable and enthusiastic for the mission and vision of Grace Fellowship church.
