Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership:
- Identify, recruit, train, and equip ministry teams composed of paid staff and volunteers.
- Encourage and support ministry team leaders.
- Supervision of Paid Campus Staff:
- Hold regular meetings with team and individuals to provide coaching & feedback.
- Conduct annual performance reviews.
- Develop campus ministry budgets and accountability of expenditures.
- Ensure administrative compliance with church policies and procedures.
- Public Speaking and Communication:
- Host and facilitate weekly worship services.
- Occasionally preach sermons and plan special worship events (Holidays, Baptisms, Testimony Sundays, Concerts of Prayer, Baby Dedications, etc).
- Discipleship and Spiritual Growth:
- Promote discipleship and spiritual growth in alignment with GFC’s “Gather, Grow, Go” ministry model.
- Encourage engagement in evangelizing within workplaces, homes, and communities.
- Pastoral Care:
- Provide pastoral care, counsel, and shepherding within the campus.
- Pray for campus participants and all prayer requests from the campus.
- Ensure the administration of the ordinances of baptism and communion.
- Community Presence:
- Seek a personal and church presence in the surrounding community.
- Maintain a passion for reaching those outside the church.

- Leadership and Organizational Skills:
- Possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Have a demonstrated proficiency in planning and organizing skills.
- Able to assess tasks and define work that needs to be done without close supervision.
- Personable and Enthusiastic Team Player
- Be relationally warm and enjoy interacting with others.
- Engage in appropriate humor.
- Be enthusiastic about the mission and vision of Grace Fellowship Church.
- Teaching and Scriptural Knowledge:
- Possess effective teaching skills and sound knowledge of Scripture.
- Demonstrate the ability to apply Scriptural principles in all ministry areas.
- Experience and Education:
- Have an adequate college education and/or relevant prior experience.
- Demonstrate a desire to be a lifelong learner for effective leadership.
- Administrative Proficiency:
- Be proficient in administration, able to strategize, organize, and effectively delegate tasks.
- Possess working knowledge of Google Suite tools.
- Agreement with Church Doctrine:
- Be in agreement with the doctrinal position of Grace Fellowship Church.
