I grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio. I was lead to GFC after meeting my future wife. When we started dating, we both lived in Cincinnati. Her parents were attending GFC and we tried it one Sunday back in 2002. We are still faithfully attending.
I came to work at GFC after spending the last 15 years with the same company in the private sector. As I prayed about and made the transition to GFC, I believe God was teaching me to trust Him more and lean on Him instead of myself. I am not one for change so I know it was God giving me the nudge to even apply for the position at GFC. He has also taught me patience as I made the transition.
One thing I enjoy about serving at GFC is the people I work with and specifically the leaders on staff. The theological experience and knowledge they have, as well as the private sector experience some of them have, make them excellent leaders for the staff and the church.
My wife and I have one child and we reside in northern Kentucky. We enjoy spending time together and vacationing anywhere around water.
One interest not many people know about me is I am an avid race car fan. From Nascar to Formula One and all in between, I enjoy watching, following, and attending races. I am also an avid Cats fan, not Kentucky like everyone else, but the University of Cincinnati Bearcats. With my family, I enjoy spending time at the pool, lake, beach, and anywhere else that has water and sun.
Hope for GFC
I hope GFC will continue to grow throughout the northern Kentucky/Cincinnati area and beyond.
