 Leadership
We believe that Jesus Christ is the head of the church and pastor/teachers are undershepards tending His flock until His return. Scripture tells us that pastor/teachers are to equip the saints for ministry. Although the pastoral staff is quite busy in their own ministry efforts, we as a church believe the bulk of the ministry should fall on the church body, not just the pastors and elders. Therefore, feel free to ask anyone at Grace Fellowship Church for help, we would appreciate the blessing!
Brad is an ordained minister with the Evangelical Free Church of America, and is a graduate of both Columbia Bible College and Columbia Biblical Seminary in South Carolina. He has a B. S. in Bible Teaching along with his Master of Divinity. He is a certified biblical counselor with NANC (National Assoc. of Nouthetic Counselors) and counsels individuals as well as training others in counseling. Before arriving in Northern Kentucky, he served for 10 years as an Assoc. Pastor in Columbia, SC. Since January 1996 he's been serving as the Senior Pastor of Grace Fellowship. He and his wife, Vicki, have five children. He loves to play with his kids, talk with his wife, eat Graeter's black raspberry chocolate chip ice cream, read great books, watch the Cincinnati Bengals, play his Larivee guitar... and loves leading, serving, equipping, and changing and growing with the Grace Fellowship church family.

Peter is an ordained minister who came to Grace Fellowship Church in May of 2006. Prior to coming to Grace, Peter served as a Youth Pastor in his hometown of New York City. Having spent his adolescent years as a Christian, Peter knows first-hand the challenges one faces during this unique time of life, but is also excited to see how God's grace meets and exceeds the needs of those who trust in Him and His all-sufficient Word. Similarly, Peter also oversees the Children’s Ministry and seeks to equip those who serve with the tools they need to minister the Gospel to our little ones (even as little as infants and toddlers).
In addition to Youth & Children’s Ministry, Peter has also served as a worship leader, Biblical Counselor, and as a preacher and teacher for both adults and youth within his local church, as well as at various camps, retreats, and conferences.
Peter & Sarah were married on November 9, 2002. Sarah serves her family as a full-time homemaker and raises their two sons, Justin & Jonathan. Whenever possible, she loves to build relationships with the girls in the youth ministry, and is Peter's primary source of strength and encouragement as he seeks to serve the Lord and the body at GFC.

Associate Pastor of Counseling and Small Groups Ken Long and his wife Beth and son Mark

Ken is an ordained pastor with the Evangelical Free Church of America and received his formal training at Columbia Biblical Seminary, graduating with a Master of Divinity degree. Before joining Grace, he served with two churches in Kansas and Indiana . Prior to entering full time ministry, Ken worked as a structural engineer having degrees from North Carolina State University and MIT. For recreation, he enjoys traveling with his family, walking, hiking and sailing. At Grace, Ken oversees the Counseling and Small Groups ministries, which are the two sides of the discipleship coin. Since his heart's passion is making disciples, he is delighted to be involved in these ministries alongside the people of Grace Church and looks forward to seeing God continue to show His love among His people here. Pastor Ken is certified as a counselor through NANC (National Association of Nouthetic Counselors).

Bob Greenwood joined our staff after working in the area of marketing and management, primarily in the transportation industry. In December of 2004, Bob accepted a call to be the Administrative Pastor for Grace Fellowship Church. He enjoys working with others to reach their goals and objectives. He believes that God has given us all different gifts and enjoys the opportunity to help each person use those gifts.

Bob has been a member of Grace Fellowship since 2000 and has served in our body as Small Group Leader, Deacon Chairman, Elder, and also serves as a biblical counselor where he is currently nearing completion of the certification with NANC (National Association of Nouthetic Counselors). In January 2008, Bob became the Counseling Pastoral Associate as he took over the day to day responsibility of the growing biblical counseling ministry.

McKenzie, Camden, and Mason

André is an ordained pastor who came to Grace Fellowship in December of 2008. Prior to joining the staff here at Grace, André served as a singles pastor for the past several years here at a church in the tri-state area. André also served from 1994-2002 as a youth pastor and bible college instructor on the island of Guam. He has an undergraduate degree in Biblical Studies and has an MA in Education/Counseling. André has had the opportunity to speak on various occasions at Bible conferences, youth retreats and camps, and has also had the privilege of leading missions teams spanning from the South Pacific to the UK. André's vision for the college and singles ministry at Grace is to fulfill Matthew 22:37-39 in igniting an urgency in others to love God passionately and to serve people selflessly.

While in college André met his wife Charlotte (Fain) who is a 1988 graduate of Calvary Christian School and has both undergraduate and post graduate degrees in Nursing. She enjoys being at home raising their three children, McKenzie, Camden, and Mason.
